I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Tucson, Arizona with a background in psychology, and I love helping people who are just getting started with fitness. My system is simple: meet you where you are, keep things approachable yet challenging, and build a plan that feels equally doable and motivating.
I help people find a fitness routine that makes them feel confident and alive in their own bodies—one they enjoy, trust, and want to carry with them long after our work together is done.

I take the time to learn about your goals, your personal history, your past experiences with fitness and wellness, and what makes you unique.
