Hi, I’m Cait!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Tucson, Arizona with a background in psychology, and I love helping people who are just getting started with fitness. My system is simple: meet you where you are, keep things approachable yet challenging, and build a plan that feels equally doable and motivating.

I believe fitness should give you energy, strength and confidence, not stress. Whether you want to lift, run, or just feel better in your own skin, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to personal training is about more than workouts — it’s about understanding you. I take the time to learn about your goals, your personal history, your past experiences with fitness and wellness, and what makes you unique. I want to know what helps you persist when challenges come up and what keeps you moving forward. I’ll be there to guide and support you through every step of your fitness and wellness journey, helping you build habits that feel good and last.
